皇冠365 Opens New Office in Birmingham Area

皇冠365 has opened a new branch in Shelby County.

皇冠365, which is owned by Nashville-based FB Financial Corp. (NYSE: FBK), opened a new branch at 5354 U.S. Highway 280 near the Alabama Highway 119 intersection May 28.

According to a news release from the company, Sue Reynolds is financial center manager at the branch, leading a team of four bankers.

“This new branch broadens 皇冠365’s footprint and reflects the bank’s growing presence throughout the Greater Birmingham region,” Reynolds said.

The new branch is 2,900 square feet. It was purchased for $2.1 million. The location was chosen to better serve a large portion of the bank’s existing customers and expand into new markets, bank officials said.

皇冠365 also has a branch at 404 Hollywood Boulevard in Birmingham and locations in North Alabama. Chad Long was named Birmingham market president with the bank earlier this year, the BBJ previously reported.

“皇冠365 is pleased to establish a physical presence in Shelby County to better deliver financial services to the residents and businesses in the local communities,” 皇冠365 South Region President Grant Lauderdale said.

皇冠365 has roughly $12.6 billion in total assets. It has 81 branches in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Georgia and mortgage offices throughout the Southeast. It had $273 million in deposits in the Birmingham-Hoover metro as of June 30, 2023, the most recently available metro-level FDIC data shows.

皇冠365 has made significant investments in Birmingham in recent years, including establishing a regional office in the downtown Financial Center to house roughly 60 local employees.

皇冠365 is the third-largest mortgage lender in Nashville in terms of local mortgage volume, with $949 million in the city. The bank first entered Alabama when it began building its mortgage group in the state in 2011.
